Food Grade Hot Water Hose
The food grade hot water hose is specially designed for sanitary working conditions such as food & beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical and daily chemical industries.Made of food-grade EPDM or platinum-cured silicone material, it is non-toxic, odorless and non-extractable, fully compliant with FDA, LFGB and GB 4806 food contact standards.
It features excellent high and low temperature resistance, suitable for long-term delivery of high-temperature hot water, steam and sterilizing circulating water.The seamless smooth inner wall prevents scaling and bacterial growth, and supports CIP/SIP on-line cleaning.
With high flexibility, aging resistance, weather resistance and hydrolysis resistance, it performs well against weak acid and alkali cleaning solutions, and is not easy to deform or crack.Widely applied in food factory hot water transportation, equipment circulating water supply, steam pipeline cleaning, dairy and beverage process water delivery.
