Inner Rubber Layer: Made of food-grade nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) or ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM), it is odorless, phthalate-free, and free of toxic and harmful substance precipitation. It complies with food contact rubber product standards, does not affect the taste and quality when in direct contact with milk, and is resistant to milk corrosion and not easy to breed microorganisms.
Reinforcement Layer: Reinforced by high-strength polyester cord or cotton thread weaving, it improves the compression and tensile properties of the hose. It can withstand negative pressure suction during milk collection (vacuum degree ≤ 0.08MPa), avoid hose collapse and deformation, and extend service life.
Outer Rubber Layer: Made of wear-resistant, aging-resistant and weather-resistant rubber, with a smooth and easy-to-clean surface.
