II．Process Route and Operating Principle
1、The process route to produce suppositories of this equipment is:Rolls of packing materials (PVC, PVC / PE) →preheating →welding →knurling→ foamforming→ making the tearing line → cutting the bottom edge→ perfusion →cooling for shaping → sealing the opening→marking the batch number →flushing the top edge → shearing with counting
2、Operating Principle:Rolls of plastic-sheet material (PVC, PVC / PE) is blown and shaped by the banding –package machine with positive pressure. Then it will be delivered into the perfusion station automatically after the tearing line is made and the bottom edge is cut. At this time, the evenly-stirred liquid medicine is perfused into the empty shells through a high-precision device automatically. Then, the banding package shells are sheared into strips and sent into the cooling station. After a certain period of shaping at low temperature, they will become solid suppositories. At last, suppositories are produced after the process of preheating, sealing the top opening, making the batch number, flushing the top edge and shearing with counting.

1、PLC programmable control and HMI operation are adopted, which is easy to operation and has a high degree of automation.
2、Plug-in perfusion is used, which ensures the location is accurate and avoids medicine dropping or wall sticking.
3、It has a wide adaptability, suitable for the perfusion of gelatin matrix and Chinese herbal products which are hard to perfuse.
4、The liquid -storage barrel is equipped with constant-temperature and mixing devices.
