Description:GZX-150 type high speed beeline-style rotating lid machine is a new product which is manufactured by our company. It is used mainly in bottling and rotating lid procedure of tablet pill kinds drugs of medicine industry, and it is a mating product to omni-auto-bottling line of our company.
I. Working principle
Using setting of pedrail-style loading lid and institution of twisting-wheel-style rotating lid, lid will be hanged automatically on the bottle mouth after drug bottle pass through hanging lid implement. Lid will be planished by pressing institution , then, enters into rotating lid institution which is composed of three pairs of twisting wheels, and it will enter into next working procedure through thrice twisting.
II. Technical characteristic
1、Wide adaptive range, it can be used in rotating lid of various qualifications of drug bottle, for example,round bottle flat bottle and square bottle etc.
2、Simple operation, convenient regulation, dispensing with changing any fittings.
3、Ladder-style arranging lid, no noise, auto-eliminating reverse lid, it can auto-eliminate unrevolved tightly bottles and lids without aluminum foil.
