Description:This machine is used mainly in counting granules and bottling of tablet pill soft and hard capsule for medicine foodstuff chemical engineering industries and so on, and it is mating product to omni-auto-counting and bottling line of our company.
I．Working principle
The whole machine is made up of two filling head of counting granules, there are counting template in the filling head, and under the template there are fixing falling drug plate and falling drug passage, bores per share in the template is equal to loading granules per bottle, and eccentricity librating institution is installed inside of filling head, it will finish sieving and filling drugs through driving by electricity, at the same time, the two filling heads rotate right-about by spurring of driving generator, and drugs will be driven to falling passage to fall in bottle, and it will finish counting granules and bottling.
