Description:PL-2000 electromagnetic induction style aluminum capper is served to compound aluminum foil gas-enclosing sealing of plastic bottles and glass bottles. It can be used stand-alone and can be used joined with other mating equipment. I． Working principle
High-frequency current yielded by surging power is output to the head of induction through feedback’s zooming outrepairing form and driving power module. When metal aluminum foil approaches to the head of induction, there will produce whirlpool and heat on the aluminum foil, the degree of heating is decided by intensity frequency and acting time of whirlpool. The whole machine sets up self-checking function which checks power stability, excessive current and voltage and the controlling protection of exceed temperature and locking phase, and power can be adjusted. Cooling system adopts double water-cooling self-circling, it can cool the head of induction and power module separately. This machine matches far extra-red aluminum foil examining instrument to inspect auto-eliminating when there is no aluminum foil in the cap.
