I．Working principle
This machine can work by oneself and also can work mating with making pill machine and exalting machine. Finished-product pills are ascended by exalting machine, through sliding slot, entering roller’s screens, the length of roller’s screens are 400mm、800mm、400mm separately, the diameter of bore is made to plum blossom model according to the diameter of needed pills, three sections roller screens rotate circle around center axis at the driving of initiative axis tray, it will screen various pills that are coincident with demand. If the diameter of pills is identical to the diameter of sieve pore during the process of screening, pills will be nipped on the sieve pore, and at this time they will be squeezed out by fixing scrubbing brush installed the side of roller screen.
