I． Working principle
The machine can be used stand-alone or with pill machine and hoister. Pills cooled by air are lifted to the vacancy formed by the first dial pill roller and slide grove by way of the slide grove。As dial pill roller rotates, pills rolls into the gap between the twist pill ban and the main platen. As a result of friction, the pills rolls widdershins along the surfaces of the main platen and twist pill ban as the main platen rotates deasil. Meanwhile, the pills rolls to and fro, for the twist ban reciprocates along the main platen axis。The pills make an S-type contrail between the twist ban and the main platen according to the force analysis. Surfaces of pills can be pressed at each point, which makes high steradian of the pill, so as to shape the pill.
