Description:ZD-I model fully automatic suppository belt making machine is the forming equipment that make piece material into bullet head(torpeto),duck mouth type suppository packing belt by feeding, pre-heated, welding, heating froth forming,making split line,cutting bottom side of triangle. It is the first select equipment of product line.

II．Work Procedure
Two coils PVC(PVC/PE) piece material with diameter∮300 inter diameter∮75 are separately installed on belt–pulley which equipped automation brake system. Piece material clapped by vice jaw and separated by separator are driven in turn to pre–heated, welding,froth forming die by feeding rehicle according to cylinder stroke.They are heating blown to suppository belt which is the same with die, welded fastness,free gas leak, thick even, and made split line, cut bottom side of triangle according to user’s needs.They go into pouring point automaticlly after eliminate piece static electricity to wait pouring. The previous motion are all completed by air–driven, controlled automaticlly by programmable controller.
