The device features a wide adaptability of raw materials, variety of products, frequency- changing speed controlling, high automation, stable operation and long life. The device can make various paste and starch food and is usually used to extrude, shape and mature shrimp strip, potato strips, potato chip and macaroni and also to extrude and shape pet chewing products. General raw materials: starch, wheat flour (fineness about 80-200 mesh)

The whole device consists of seven systems: electric power, extruding, feeding, rotary cutting, heating, cooling and controlling.

Heating temperature, screw revolution, rotary cutting speed and feeding speed can be set and adjusted to meet the production demand for various products.

Converters (frequency- changers ) control motor of driving, feeding and rotary cutting with a safe reliable operation and energy-saving.

Screw are made of special alloy material with surface nitridation and strong wear resistancce.

The outside materials of the whole device totally are stainless steel with a lovely, safe and hygienic appearance.

Changing moulds and matched shaping attachments can make products of various shapes such as stick, chip, circle tube, square tube, shell, spiral etc.
