Experiment-type Double Screw Extruder

                                   
The teaching/ experimental extruder, a small-size multi-function one, made y the Jinan Saixin Machinery Co., is developed on the basis of synthesizing the single and double screw extruding principles and meeting distinct production requirement. The device can quickey and precisely adjust, respond and display the parameters during extruding such as moisture, pressure, temperature and revolution etc. The device uses a combined and sectional screw structure and some screw length/ diameters ratios so as to settle the difficulty in combination of theory and practice and thoroughly change the operation dependent on experience. Along with company’s development and improvement the device has been subjected to many improvements and sold to many domestic colleges universities and scientific institutes and acquired good feedback information.
