The double-screw extruder of Jinan Saixin Machinery Co., Ltd. is a novel extruding machine designed and manufactured by the company to adapt to the demands for increasingly-developing food and related industries by relying upon years of experience in puffing process research. The extruder complies with international quality standard and their key parts and components are imported from abroad. Computer program and automation design are applied in the extruder control system to achieve optimal parameter setting according to different formulas, water contents, pressure, temperature and the like of the processed products, it has simpler and more reliable working process, rewarded national major new product, and it was recommended as famous and excellent food machinery by China Food and Packaging Association of Electrical and Mechanical Department. The double-screw extruder is composed of a feeding system, an extruding system, a cutting system, a heating system, a cooling system, a drive system and a control system; it is possible to realize automatic continuous production without manual adjustment by setting production parameters. The extruder can process a variety of raw materials, including corn powder, rice powder, wheat powder, mungbean powder, sweet potato powder, meat powder, fish powder and various starches. Users may adjust texture and puffing conditions of products by adjusting production process parameters; and output products of various shapes by replacing screws or moulds to satisfy customers’ requirements for products to the largest extent.

　　Saixin DZ135 large-scale double-screw extruder takes the lead to realize an output of 3t/h in the industry at home, fully satisfying the expectation of customers of a low cost but a high output. Launch of this machine signifies that China’s puffing techniques have become compliant with international advanced standards. It can be applied widely in multiple fields, e.g. foods, fodder and chemical industry.

　　This large double-screw extruder is capable of outputting 3t/h at maximum.

　　It can process a wide variety of raw materials, including corn powder, rice powder, wheat powder, starch, mungbean powder, bean pulp, meat powder and fish powder (with the fineness of approximately 60 meshes).

　　The whole equipment is composed of ten parts, namely, an extruding system, a power system, a feeding system, a cutting system, a heating system, a cooling system, a control system, a steam conditioning system, a storage bin and an operating console.

　　It has a smart electronic control cabinet, through which users may set or adjustment multiple working parameters, e.g. heating temperature, screw revolution, cutting speed and feeding speed, and thus satisfies production demands of different products. Furthermore, it can run by one-touch operation and realize automatic control.

　　Drive motor, feeding motor and cutting motor are all controlled by frequency converter, which is safe, reliable and energy-saving.

　　The suspension cutting blade and direct-coupled cutting motor need no drive or disassembly, characterized by convenience, easy use and low failure rate.

　　The screws are made of special alloy with nitriding treatment, which is of high strength and wear resistance. Screws of different structures may process products of different kinds.

　　The exterior of the whole equipment is made of stainless steel. This provides a beautiful and elegant appearance and ensures safety and hygiene as well as complies with production requirement of food and fodder industries.

　　It is capable of producing products of various shapes or states, e.g. puffed food, extruded food, cereal food, pet food and fodders, only by replacing the mould and screws.
