Dahe Machinery (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. is an enterprise invested by Taiwan Tonghe International Co., Ltd. in mainland China. Tonghe International was founded in 1958. Since 1960, it has been selling packaging equipment of Fuji Machinery Co., Ltd. (FUJI). The two companies have cooperated for more than 50 years. Due to the achievements and mutual trust, and the continuous demand for packaging machines in the Chinese market in the future, Tonghe International began to set up an office in Shanghai in 1993 to provide after-sales service for food manufacturers and prepare for the establishment of packaging machine manufacturing plants. Subsequently, Dahe Machinery (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. was established in 1996. It signed an authorization for the manufacture of horizontal packaging machines with FUJI Company and carried out production in technical cooperation. In 2000, it successfully authorized the manufacture of vertical packaging with Tokyo Automatic Machinery Co., Ltd. (tam) of Japan. While specializing in the production of various types of packaging machinery and its supporting automatic feeding and conveying lines, Dahe has also cooperated with Japan's Square Company to provide supporting devices for X-ray machines and gold inspection machines on domestic production lines. Since the formal operation of Dahe Machinery in 1996, there have been nearly 1,000 customers covering food, pharmaceutical, daily chemical and other industries, and have passed ISO9000 quality certification. The main products are "FUJI-TOPAK" horizontal packaging series, "tam-TOPAK" vertical packaging series and SQUARE testing equipment and its various types of automatic finishing, conveying, feeding device. In 2006, FW3200 servo horizontal packaging machine won the honor of "recommended products by China Food Science and Technology Association". In 2008, FW3201HS high-speed servo candy machine won the Science and Technology Innovation Award of China Food Science and Technology Association. At present, Dahe Machinery has a total of 200 employees. Besides Kunshan factory, it has Shanghai branch office and after-sales service offices in Guangzhou and Beijing. The processing workshop is equipped with CNC machining centers and dozens of imported machining equipment, and the self-processing ratio of mechanical parts accounts for about 90%. The equipment needs to be tested for 100 hours before adjustment, and the actual product packaging materials provided by the customer are used for adjustment and testing to ensure the packaging quality. All the spare parts in and out of the factory have passed 100% full inspection by the inspection department. The core components such as main electrical components and transmission sealing parts are imported from Japan, with stable and reliable performance, low failure rate and suitable for high-speed continuous production. The technical research and development department carries out professional design according to the different requirements of customers. At the same time, it has strong technical support from Japanese original factories. Japanese technicians come to the factory regularly every month for guidance and technical training, ensuring that every step of design, production, processing and assembly meets the strict requirements of Japanese quality.
