INTERFOOD & DRINK 2015

The International Specialised Exhibitions MEATMANIA, THE WORLD OF MILK, BULPEK, SALON DE VIN AND INTERFOOD & DRINK will take place at Inter Expo Center from 11th to 14th November 2015.

The exhibitions have a long and rich history as well as potential future. They are supported due to our partners in Bulgaria and international organizations, as well as the business of hundreds of Bulgarian and international companies. During the days of the event will be presented the latest products and innovations from raw materials, technologies, equipment, consumables to labeling requirements and food distribution with international standards and everything between.

• Food and beverage manufacturers were presented by the embassies of Argentina, South Africa and Poland

• For the first time in Bulgaria - Balkan Carving Festival, organized by the Bulgarian Association of Carving

• Association Traditional raw-dried meat products will hold a National Council and tasting of traditional raw-dried meat products

• Association of Dairy Processors in Bulgaria will hold a National Conference Problems and Solutions in the Dairy Sector and a seminar for new labeling requirements for food

• Bread - Food of the Gods and the People of the 21st Century - an event of National Association of Bakers and Confectioners

• National Vine and Wine Chamber will offer a master class to the professionals - Vertical wine tastings in price categories and Tasting wines from local varieties from the Balkans  presented to Vinobalkanika 2014

• unio of Processors of Fruit and Vegetables presented the Project Free the European Taste and tasting under the motto Modern within the Tradition

• unio of Brewers in Bulgaria presented the event Natural and Unadulterated for Beer

• Conference Supporting the organic agriculture in the 2014-2020 programming period at the implementation of the Common Agricultural Policy in Bulgaria, organized by the Bulgarian Organic Products Association and Bioselena Foundation

• Hungarian Economic Forum, organized by the Hungarian-Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce

• Main Highlights of Healthy Eating is a topic of discussion prepared by the Bulgarian Society for Nutrition and Dietetics.

The jointly conducted exhibitions in 2014 - MEATMANIA, THE WORLD OF MILK, BULPEK, SALON DE VIN, INTERFOOD & DRINK and SIHRE were visited by 16 472 Bulgarian and international experts, as well as by ordinary customers.
