"Our company is a specialized spice manufacturer founded in 1932 in Fushimi Ward, Kyoto City. Since our establishment, we have been dedicated to creating new culinary cultures through continuous innovation. Our mission is to bring happiness to people by providing the highest quality spices. We strive to introduce diverse food cultures to the world. We began with a focus on curry powder production and have maintained the same careful manufacturing methods to this day. Curry powder remains our flagship product, and to ensure the highest quality, we insist on in-house production. We follow GMP management practices in the production of herbal raw materials and operate under a strict quality control system for our spice ingredients. To expand into global markets, we have developed curry powders that meet international standards and customer requirements. In addition to curry roux, we also offer a wide range of spice products, including domestically produced Sichuan pepper, shichimi togarashi, ichimi chili powder, and ramen seasonings. Certifications: HALAL (since June 2015), FSSC 22000 (since July 2017)"
