Lipa Pharmaceuticals began in 1995 as a small family business with a firm belief that Lipa’s success could only be achieved through enabling the growth and success of its own customers. This unrelenting focus on customer service, quality and value resulted in Lipa building a substantially larger new facility in 2000 and becoming a public company in 2004. Lipa’s continued philosophy and culture of customer service, combined with ongoing solid growth, resulted in CK Life Sciences International purchasing the company in 2007. At the present time Lipa is an organisation operating out of a modern, TGA, APVMA, FDA and ANVISA approved facility employing some 380 people, servicing the vast bulk of Australia’s leading brands and various overseas customers across North and South America, Europe, Asia and the Pacific region. Lipa has an office in China and we continue to spin off or acquire a number of related businesses including a TGA licensed cosmetic manufacturing plant - Quest Pharmaceuticals Pty Ltd and material supply and distribution organisation. There have been a number of new technology transfers and substantial capacity upgrades with a new, stand alone, packaging facility which became operational in 2017. Lipa continues to form global material supply and technology partnerships around the world and will continue to enhance its innovation and manufacturing services into the functional food and beverage capabilities over the next few years.
