Our full automatic palletizer, which has fast speed, neat stack form and high automation, can achieve fully automatic operation for various packaging bags palletizing. This equipment consists of flattening, bag turning and posture adjusting, patterning, layering and lifting devices. Principle of work as below: The qualified packaging bags sent by packaging machine will be transitional buffered by slope conveyor, roll-pressed by the pressing bag machine to keep the bags form neat, and then the packaging bags turned 90°or 180°by the bag turning and posture adjusting device to keep all  the packaging bags sewing mouths toward inside. After that, patterning device patterns the bags as three horizontal two vertical per layer and then two vertical three horizontal per layer, and repeat. When palletizes maximum 8 layers, conveyed by bag pallet conveyor and the stack transported by forklift. The complete set of equipment action accurate and reliable, maintenance friendly, save labor cost and also improve the enterprise automatic level.



    The palletizer touch screen control operation panel，Use PLC control, through the touch screen friendly interface to achieve human-computer interaction, easy operation, realizes to the on-site production process monitoring.



    Packaging bag flattening device，Use reasonable mechanical structure to achieve packaging bag flattening, makes the material uniformly fill up bags and keeps the bags form neat.



    Stack bag turning, and posture adjusting device，Can be realized on the packaging bags turning ±90°or 180°, keep all the packaging bags sewing mouths toward inside and the stack form more beautiful and more firm.



    Patterning device，The high sensitivity detection switch controls patterning conveyor and manipulator start-stop to realize the packaging bags ordered arrangement.



    Stack layering and lifting device，Through the position control to achieve maximum eight layers of packaging bags stacking, automatic supply empty pallet, action continuous, accurate and reliable.



    Typical stack form picture，With the implementation of 5 bags×8 layers stack form on the pallet, the entire stack is conveyed by the bag pallet conveyor. The stack form is neat and beautiful.
