SW-ASRS robot palletizer is developed by our company independently, which can stack all kinds of package bags. It has a fast stacking speed, neat arrangement and high automation. This machine is composed of package bags flattening, buffer conveyor, grab roll table, pallet machine, machine hand etc.
一、principles of operation：
The packing bags（packing boxes） is conveyed by the climbing conveyor to the flattening machine. After being flattened, the packing bags (packing boxes) arrive to grab roll table. Then the machine hand grabs, turns and palletizes the packing bags (packing boxes) according to the preset orbit.
二、main characters：
1、high applicability. When the products’ size, volume, shape and the pallet’s size vary, a little revise Is needed on the touch screen. So it won’t effect your regular producing.。 2、low energy consumption and low cost。
