	This kind of product is applicable to bottled and canned food for secondary sterilization. It is made up of full-auto system including process tank, hot water tank, pump, linking pipeline and PLC touching screen, which adopts high-temperature and high pressure hot water to fast sterilizing many kinds of food. Food slowly and continuously rotates in the device to homogeneously and quickly transmit heat, which greatly shortens the whole sterilization process and sterilizes food quickly at high temperature. On the other hand, it can avoid overheat phenomenon around food. 

	

	Temperature control system can work automatically and flexibly according to different package materials. Pressure control system automatically adjusts pressure in standard mode and correct reverse-pressure according to different conditions, which is good for avoiding vessel deforming and damage and for improving rate of finished products. At the same time, by analyzing and inspecting T-t, P-t curves record, users can effectively carry out production and quality management.
