The sterilizer is applicable to liquid food processing and production line for automatic control like heating, sterilizing, heat-retaining and heat recovery. Its sterilizing temperature is controlled, recorded and alarmed automatically. The good-quality corrugating shell-and-tube has a high heat transmission coefficient and small temperature difference. Multi-stage hot water heat-up guarantees the system free of filth accumulation. Clean-in-place and sterilization-in-place (CIP SIP) systems make no dead corner available. Besides, it adopts good-quality stainless-steel corrugated pipes of high degree and world-famous brand valve and pipelines for sanitary food.
