Somma Foods, a US-based food company that offers chicken, beef, dairy and finished food products for foodservice and retail end markets, has partnered with Dot Foods, a food re-distribution company in the US to distribute Chickentopia and Merrywood Farms products to foodservice customers nationwide.

Through Dots network of more than 4,300 distributors serving all 50 states and more than 25 countries, SOMMA products will now reach new customers who desire clean label poultry, beef and dairy menu additions.

With this new partnership, Somma expects to distribute clean label poultry, beef and dairy products to new customers using Dots distribution network that is spread across 50 states in the US and nearly 25 countries across the globe.

Somma Foods Sales vice-president Kevin Potter said: “We created Chickentopia and Merrywood Farms in response to the growing customer demand for nutritious, clean label options.

The company explained that beginning this year, the ready-to-eat (RTE) fully cooked Chickentopia and Merrywood Farms products are available for order through Dot.

It further claims that its products are all natural, no antibiotics ever (NAE).

Somma product offering will include 100% veggie fed chicken Drumstix, tenders, filets and nuggets, nitrite free chicken franks, mini corn dogs, and 100% grass fed beef burgers.
