As a signpost for the development of frozen and chilled food industry, the Shanghai International Frozen and Chilled Food Exposition (SIFCE) is comprehensive frozen and chilled food exhibition in China. The 8th SIFCE, together with the 8th Shanghai International Catering and Ingredient Exhibition & the 12th Shanghai International Fisheries and Seafood Exhibition was successfully held on August 19th to 21th in 2017, covering an exhibition area of 58,000 square meters in total, and attracting altogether 1,215 exhibitors and 51,829 visitors from more than 20nations and regions.

Meat: frozen / chilled meat, cut meat, and prepared meat;

Aquatic products: frozen / chilled aquatic products, prepared and highly processed aquatic products;

Poultry: frozen / chilled poultry, cut poultry and prepared poultry;

Fruits and vegetables: frozen / chilled vegetables, prepackaged vegetables and prepared vegetables;

Frozen wheaten food: rice glue balls, dumplings, spring rolls, glutinous rice sesame balls, cakes, pastries and etc.;

Raw and auxiliary materials: raw materials, ingredients, condiments, etc. of frozen food;
