TOYOSILICONE FERRULE hoses are designed and machined by a hose manufacturer.

The hose and coupling are integrally molded with no bump between them, causing no liquid accumulation.
A hose coupling set that causes no liquid accumulation, prevents contamination, requires no disassembly cleaning, and causes no trouble such as fluid leakage and hose disconnection, helping improve safety and productivity.

Important
(1) Never use it to convey nonpolar organic solvents (benzene, toluene, hexane, etc.), halogenated hydrocarbon (methylene chloride, trichloroethane, etc.), concentrated strong acid, strong alkali, mineral oil, steam for long periods of time, or animal or vegetable oil of 70℃ or higher. If steam cleaning a hose, we recommend a short cleaning period using saturated steam pressure no greater than 0.2 MPa and temperature not exceeding 130°C.
(2) Do not use high-temperature water above 100°C (for temperature controller piping, etc.). The hose reinforcing material (thread) may become brittle and cause cracks on the hose, which may cause secondary damage such as injury or burns.
