The magnetic vibrators from AViTEQ are considered powerful endurance runners among the drives. Thanks to the bearing-free design and robust construction, the drives achieve a long service life with maximum operational reliability and low maintenance costs. The combination of infinitely variable vibration width adjustment and delay-free power transmission enables high-precision dosing of the conveyed material. The magnetic vibrators can handle conveying flows from a few kilograms to over a thousand tons per hour – while the wear-free leaf springs ensure straight-line vibration behaviour.

Magnetic vibrators: compact, powerful, wear-free

The design of our AViTEQ magnetic vibrators is based on the premise of a long service life with minimal maintenance, low wear and high operational reliability. At the heart of the magnetic vibrator is a moisture- and dust-resistant electromagnet, which is extremely reliable even in harsh working environments. The wear-free spring assemblies are responsible for transmitting the force. Thanks to their specially tempered surface, they achieve a long service life with linear vibration behavior. Both components are housed in a robust construction consisting of a glass-fiber reinforced plastic cover and ribbed housing for maximum durability.
