Application :



 inner and outer bag packing of drip coffee ,herbal tea ,health tea ,plants and other granules in small particle size .



 



Characteristics:



1. The outer sealing paper is controlled by stepping motor, the bag length is stable and accurate;



2. Adopt PID to adjust the temperature controller, and the temperature can be controlled more accurately;



3. Adopt PLC to control the movement of the whole machine, display the man-machine interface, easy to operate;



4. All accessible material parts are made of SUS304 stainless steel to ensure the hygiene and reliability of the products;



5. Some working cylinders adopt original imported parts to ensure the accuracy and stability of their work;



6. The attached device of the machine can complete the functions of flat cutting date printing and easy tearing;



7. The ultrasonic and heat sealing forms can reach the linear incision, saving the filling space inside the hanging ear and reaching the packaging capacity of 12g;



8. Ultrasonic seal is suitable for cutting all non-woven packaging materials, and the cutting success rate is close to 99.99%;



9. The device can be equipped with nitrogen filling device, date printing device and stirring device, etc
