High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS) is made from edible corn starch, processing liquidation, saccharification,isomerization, chromatography seperation and refining. Its main components are glucose and fructose. According tofructose content, there are two types of HFCS including F-42(the fructose content is not less than 42%) and F-55 (the
fructose content is not less than 55%).The sweetness of HFCS is similar to cane sugar, therefore it could partially or completely replace white granulated sugar.
