Algae Health Sciences, a division of BGG, recently published two human clinical trials showing the diverse brain health benefits of AstaZine Natural Astaxanthin.

The first study, conducted in the US, demonstrated that AstaZine can significantly improve psychological mood state in healthy subjects. 

Feelings of depression decreased by 57%, mental fatigue decreased by 36%, while overall psychological mood state improved by 11%. 

The second study, conducted in Japan, found improvements in cognition and memory in healthy volunteers with age-related mild forgetfulness, therefore showing strong potential for healthy ageing of the brain.
