Bell Flavors & Fragrances’ Spark trends program is in its fifth year, and the company has unveiled ten key trends that it believes will lead the way to new innovations within the flavour and fragrance industry. Spark is Bell’s insider resource for new and emerging consumer trends as well as flavour and fragrance inspirations.

 

The flavour trends within this years’ Spark program include revisiting the culinary building blocks of America.
