  SGT sugar cane harvester is designed to improve harvesting efficiency and reduce harvesting costs. With the economic developing, in major sugar cane producing countries, including China, the labor costs continue to increase, and the demand for mechanizationof sugar cane harvest is also increasingly urgent.       SGT sugar cane harvester is equipped with self-propelled track, adjustable cutting platform, which is characterized by good adaptability, simple operation and high efficiency. The main parts of the harvester are cutting device, core handling channel, tracked chassis and power system. While the core handling channel adopts the high clearing rate and low breakage rate required for sugar cane harvest.

Features:

1. Wide applicability  ( reasonable design)

1) Narrow machinery body which is suitable for the row spacing of 700 mm or more;

2) Compact and flexible machinery body, the minimum turning radius, which adapts to sugarcane harvest in small land area;

3) Tracked running gear which is not affected by ground conditions is used;

4) This machine's center of gravity is low, which adapts to sloping ground;

5) With high - speed working condition for sugar cane growth in different density conditions;

6) Wheel cutter used hydraulic drive to ensure that the machine is not easy to clog in the dense sugarcanes;

2. High efficiency

1) Processing a number of optimizations based on practice tests, to make sure that the machine can be operated  steadily in high speed;

2) The capacity is for 10-15 acres per day( 10 working hours a day), about 80 times higher than the working efficiency of one man;

1) Compared with the large/ medium-sized sugarcane harvester, the initial acquisition costs of this machine is lower, but cost-effective;
