The plant has enzymolysis workshop, extraction workshop, purification workshop, pilot plant, including pilot test platform, extraction platform, concentration platform, refining platform, adsorption platform, purification area, testing room, and advanced production equipment, including multi-functional extraction tank, high-efficiency low-temperature concentrator, enzymolysis tank, spray drying tower, vacuum drying oven, chromatographic column reactor, fermentation equipment, molecular distillation equipment, CO2 supercritical extraction equipment, etc. In January 2020, 9 production lines were officially established, covering 11 production lines for plant extracts, enzymatic hydrolysis, high content monomers, chemical synthesis, and fermentation. The laboratory and R&D center are equipped with advanced detection instruments such as high-performance liquid chromatography, gas chromatography, thin layer chromatography scanning surface, ultraviolet spectrophotometer, microbial detection, ultra-high resolution transmission electron microscope, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, atomic absorption spectrophotometer, heavy metal analyzer, and magnetic driven high-pressure reactor to ensure product quality control.
