Process description
After washing and soaking, peas will be pumped to fiberizer by feeding pump. Slurry will flow into slurry and slag separation sieve, bean dregs seperated from slurry can be animal forage. After separating, the slurry enters into hydrocyclone for refining and the seperated protein can be directly used as forage after being dried by vibration fluidized bed. Slurry that comes out of hydro cyclone becomes pea cake after dehydration, then the pea cake will be dried through flash dryer. Finally, the pea cake will enter into packing machine through starch sieve, packaged in 25 kg per bag.
