Pneumatic conveying line
(positive pressure conveying system)
Positive pressure pneumatic conveying is divided into dense phase conveying and dilute phase conveying. The use of the energy of the gas stream to transport particulate material in the direction of the gas flow in a closed conduit is a specific application of fluidization technology. The pneumatic conveying device has a simple structure and convenient operation, and can be transported in a horizontal, vertical or oblique direction, and physical operations such as heating, cooling, drying and airflow grading or some chemical operations can be simultaneously performed during the conveying process.
Dense phase transport: a transport process with a solids content of 10-30 kg/m3 or a solids to gas ratio greater than 25. The operating gas velocity is low and is sent at a higher gas pressure. The dense phase transport is powered by compressed air, with the warehouse pump as the core component. The system is equipped with the necessary gasification device, fluidization device, gas pipeline, gas pulse device, venturi device, auxiliary gas pipe and automatic control device.
Dilute phase transport: solid content is less than 1-10kg/m3, and the operating gas velocity is high (about 18~30m/s). The dilute phase conveying can be positive pressure and can be negative pressure. The necessary gasification device, gas mixing device, dust removal filter device, fan, feeder, venturi tube, auxiliary gas pipe and automatic control system are arranged in the system.
