JZJLS air-cooled roots liquid ring vacuum unit is composed of ZJL air-cooled roots pump and ZJ ordinary roots pump and 2BEA(2BVA).
Type I liquid ring vacuum pump, etc. The unit can realize automatic start and stop, overload protection and complete set of vacuum equipment for automatic control of various instruments and valves through electric contact vacuum meter (or pressure sensor) and PLC electrical control system.
Besides having some features of general Roots vacuum water-ring pump unit, this unit can work normally under high compression rate and high pressure differences. So the time of pre-extracting is greatly shortened with lower pre-extracting pressure.
This unit treats water-ring vacuum pump as prepump, so it is specially suitable for the process with a large quantity of vapor and some corrosive and condensable gases. For example, vacuum impregnation, vacuum drying, vacuum distillation, vacuum evaporation, dehydration and crystallization for chemical products and polyester chips drying in textile industry etc.
