Working Principle

For the carbon DeOxo method, feed nitrogen gas with residual oxygen, which generated by PSA system, is reacted with carbon in a high temperature reactor. The residual oxygen and the carbon are converted to CO2, thus to remove oxygen.

DeOxo Principle: C+O2→CO2

It is suitable for the customers which have requirements for high purity nitrogen gas, especially the process which must strictly control oxygen and hydrogen content in magnetic materials and electronic, etc. industries.
