ZSG-1000Gbag placer is for automatically supplying and taking empty bags with high speed to filling machine.
Its big difference from the ZSG-300B series & ZSG-600DS series, is more accurate and fast supplying of bags, with capacity 800~1000 bag/hour.
It adopts four servo motors to control, to fast and accurately fulfill the action of bag taking & opening, material hopper lifting and bag conveying.
Its running is by superior PLC control, to automatically finish the supplying, taking and filling of bags.
Working principles:
After placing bags on the bag storage platform and starting the machine, the bag supplying device pushes the bags to the bag supplying shelf, and the bag taking mechanism automatically abstracts the bag, and swings by 90° to fulfill the action of bag taking, then coordinates with the bag opening mechanism and bag locating mechanism to make the bag ready for filling machine to fill materials inside the bag. After the filling process, the bag is moved out to conveyors with air exhausted by clamping mechanism, and synchronously the bag top is guided to sealing machine.
