The intelligent steam - air retort is an upgraded version of the traditional steam retort, equipped with an air circulation system. During the sterilization process, compressed air can be introduced. The temperature and pressure can be automatically and precisely controlled in multiple stages throughout the entire process. It directly injects steam into the retort. A high - volume fan is used to forcefully mix the steam and air inside. The retort is designed with air inlet and outlet ducts, facilitating the rapid mixing of steam and air. This design effectively eliminates the problem of residual air dead - zones within the retort, minimizes the temperature difference inside, and ensures that all products inside the retort are exposed to the same temperature during sterilization. Throughout the sterilization process, apart from the air - exhaust operation during the initial cold - air removal stage, there is no need for an air - release device during the actual sterilization. This results in a steam savings of over 30%.
