Valve bag packaging machine: This packaging machine is powered by electricity. The material enters the feed inlet from the external material warehouse and passes through the feed inlet on the machine base into the discharge hopper. The impeller rotates smoothly, delivering the material evenly to the discharge outlet. After inserting the packaging bag, lightly touch the right-side travel switch of the material nozzle, which causes the sealing cylinder to retract, allowing the discharge nozzle to open and the packaging to begin, with the material dropping steadily into the bag. As the amount of material in the bag increases, the signals input to the microcomputer from the sensor continue to change. When the weight of the material in the bag reaches the set requirement, the microcomputer outputs a signal that extends the sealing cylinder to close the discharge outlet. Meanwhile, the bag compressing cylinder retracts, and the packaging bag falls, thus achieving fully automated requirements for automatic measurement and automatic bag dropping.
