Basic uses:

The on-line planar labeling machine is mainly used with the production line, and the convective products, which require the labeling, carry out the upper plane and arc surface labeling, and realize the unmanned labeling on line. It can be widely used in all kinds of automatic product lines, and can be used with the sealing machine and the jet code machine.



Working principle:

Core principle: when the sensor detects the product, returns the signal to the labeling control system, controls the motor work, sends out the label and attached to the product to be labeled with the sticker position, through the brush, the smooth and stable sticker, a label attachment action is completed.

Operation process: product delivery (pipeline) > product delivery > product testing (or receiving external signals) > labeling > overlap.
