The core of the centrifugal stripping system is a set of low-speed rotating discs, which achieve uniform distribution and thin film dispersion of materials on the disc surface through centrifugal force. The preheated material enters the system from the upper inlet and is stripped of aromatic substances through sufficient contact with food grade steam. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material climbs on the surface of the rotating disc and falls into the next fixed material tray. The material slides down on the fixed tray by gravity to the next rotating disc, and circulates until sufficient aroma extraction is completed. The steam carrying aroma substances is discharged by the lower discharge pump through the upper aroma outlet of the system and enters the condenser for collection.
