External design of the cap forming system fully guarantees the cleanness of the filling and sealing area. The cap forming system is equipped with the function of alarm for cap absence and cap anti-block device. The forming system for cap of special shape could be customized upon customer request.

			
Rotary high frequency inductive sealing system, ensuring equal, flat, secure and good sealing effect of lid film and featuring high compliant product rate.

The CIP device which is associated with the equipment is connected to the CIP centre to realize the full automatic CIP cleaning and guarantee the complete cleaning to the pipes and valves etc. which contact the material, and compliance in accordance with hygiene standard.

			
With grease supplied from the central grease tank, the central lubrication system lubricated with grease for each lubricating point periodically to reduce the labor for manual maintenance work and extend the service life of the machine.
