Description of Peeler centrifuge 

Peeler centrifuge are widely applicable to dewatering the starch slurry.In corn starch plant, cassava starch plant ,wheat starch plant and sweet potato starch plant sago starch plant. 

Main features of peeler centrifuge 

1.Continuous or intermittent work may be performed. Adopt automatic or manual control. 2.The whole operation process includes feeding, separating, cleaning, dewatering, unloading, and recovery of press cloth at high speed. The single cycle time is short, the processing capacity is large, the solid filter residue dry cleaning effect is good. 3.It can shorten separation time and achieve high yield and low moisture content. Applicable to medicine, food industry. 4.The whole process of operation including materials feeding, separating, cleaning, dewatering, discharging and filter cloth cleaning can be achieved at full speed. Single cycle of processing material is shortly but with large quantity. The solids cake can be well dried and cleaned.
