The Model DXDS20 double chamber tea bag packing machine is designed for automatic precise small-bag packing of granular and flake-like materials (20~60 mesh, such as broken tea leaves). This machine realizes cold-sealed forming of double chamber teabag and also uses thread-knotting method to secure the good connection between thread, hard tag, and filter teabag. The finished bags are automatically counted, stacked, grouped and finally outputed to automatic cartoning machine or to manually cartoning. Optional devices include heat-sealed envelope bag packing system and coding device.
