AGARAgar (oligosaccharide), also known as "agar oligosaccharide", is a new type of marine functional oligosaccharide. As a kind of marine polysaccharide, common agar has high viscosity, low water solubility and is not easy to be absorbed by human, so its application is limited. Agar (oligosaccharide) produced by Kingza has not only preserve the general characteristics of other functional oligosaccharides, but also has many functional characteristics that can not be replaced by ordinary agar.
