Introductions:

ISEE surface vision inspection system is adapting CIS (Contact Image Sensors) scanning technology. Without complicated optical accessories, adjustment of optical beam and depth of focus would not be the issue. Compared to CCD or COMS technology, the application of CIS has a number of unique advantages including design simplicity,  small in size, and no distortion, especially in surface inspection application. ISEE system is based the most advanced image processing algorithm, which can be widely used in codes/marks inspection needed industries such as food, pharmacy, agriculture, printing, and etc. ISEE system is designed to be a just little book sized square box integrating all the main components inside, but producing high quality image results (300DPI).

ISEE Vision Inspection Machine is a high-tech product specially developed for plane marking inspection using CIS technology. It can effectively detect the presence, absence, right and wrong of various characters, numbers, letters, text, patterns, barcodes, and QR codes, and read the contents of barcodes and QR codes. It can be widely used in the identification and inspection field of various industries such as food, pharmacy, agricultural materials, daily chemical, printing and so on.

      The detection width of this model is 54mm, and the product number is ISEE-5. The adopted CIS has a resolution of up to 300 dpi, a focal length of 1-2mm, and an LED light source.
