1. Intellectualization, high precision and high speed: It adopts high-speed PLC and high-precision digital weighing sensor to online completion of outer package's zero returning, filling, test, out-of-tolerance elimination, etc. in real time. Automatic correction, real-time compensation and other technologies are adopted in filling to increase filling precision to ±0.5ml/500ml. Compared with the original intelligent filling machine, it doesn't need single-valve flushing and refilling, which significantly improves the stand-alone filling speed. 

2. Out-of-tolerance alarm and automatic elimination: Device for automatic test and automatic bottle elimination is set. 3. No liquid choking and leakage: Filling valve adopts the damping-type channel, through which the wine doesn't foam and overflow, and absolutely has no leakage. Variable velocity filling technology is adopted. The high-speed filling at first and low-speed filling later can make filling liquid not overflow bottle mouth. Filling speed can be combined as per different bottle types, and each section can be preset and ## filling mode is developed.

5. Easy in adjustment and cleaning: Valve is concise and isn't equipped with valve rod and valve barrel, and is convenient in flushing.
