This machine is suitable for the automatic boxing and palletizing of products with regular cubic shapes. The equipment integrates the functions of automatic carton opening, boxing, carton sealing, and palletizing, and adopts a PLC + human-machine interface operating system. It can be used in conjunction with the front-end cartoning machine or three-dimensional packaging machine, and is widely applicable to the post-stage packaging of products in the pharmaceutical, food, daily chemical and other industries.
The carton opening and forming are completed by a collaborative robot. The formed carton is transported backward along the midline to the boxing station. The carton supporting device opens the front, rear and side flaps at the top of the carton. According to the needs of the packaging process flow, the bottom (partition) board can be placed. The products placed by the feeding conveyor line are arranged into the required single-layer state after being sorted. Another industrial robot grabs a layer of products and puts them into the carton, and then puts a partition board. The products and partition boards are loaded in turn. After the number of products in the carton meets the boxing requirements, it is transported backward to the carton sealing and folding mechanism station to complete the sealing of the front, rear and side flaps. During the continuous backward transportation process, the tape sealing operation of the carton is completed. After that, the carton is transported to the palletizing conveyor line to wait for the palletizing operation. The same robot is used for palletizing and boxing operations. After the required stacking pattern is achieved during palletizing, the products are output.
Product Sorting: Photoelectric detection is used in conjunction with the motor dial wheel to change the forward direction of the products. The servo-driven side push plate can be easily adjusted according to the product size, striving to achieve convenient adjustment for product replacement.
纸箱开箱成型:缓存纸箱的长宽高尺寸可调,兼容性强。纸箱由动力链稳定向前输送,避免了斜面运输时转弯点松动程度不同导致纸箱拣选不稳定的问题。使用协作机器人开箱,当纸箱尺寸发生变化时,可以灵活调整。成型夹具稳定而牢固地抓住纸箱。
装箱系统:当纸箱尺寸发生变化时,可以轻松方便地调整纸箱支撑机构。机器人抓取并装箱产品。夹头配有真空泵驱动海绵吸盘进行牢固抓取,可在一定范围内适应产品组合的变化。
