MT series of fresh noodle production line is made up of vacuum dough mixer, aging machine, dough sheet rolling sheeters, automatic noodle forming and cutting device. It is the ideal equipment for the production of fresh noodle, semi-dried noodle, wonton skin and dumpling wrapper.
The automatic dough sheet rolling device can be equipped in the compound rolling sheeter according to the equipment type, function, and production capacity. The whole production line adopts photoelectric and frequency control. The speed can be adjusted by frequency converter and the tightness of dough sheet also can be adjusted automatically. The stepless speed noodle cutter and the noodle forming device are installed in the continuous rolling sheeter. The length of noodles can be set freely for measuring the weight in stead of using scale for weighing.
