Main Feature:
1.Energy Bar Production Line is mainly used to make grain snack food, nutrition cereal bar, energy bar, nuts bar. Commonly used with chocolate coating machine and painting machine. This bar is a kind of candy snack by mixing sugar with cereal, oats, millet, peanut and nuts, then coat with chocolate.
2.The whole Energy Bar Production Line includes four machines: Automatic mixing machine, forming machine, chocolate coating machine and automatic packing machine.
3.The machine includes feeding part, compressing part, cooling part, separate cutting part and conveyor. It is equipped with 10kW refrigerating system and fan circulation cooling system, cooling is fast.
4.It adopts automatic computer control and advanced design.The parts contact the material are made of food-grade material with elaborate design.It has the advantage of large production, high efficiency, less manpower, less waste, easy operation and maintenance etc.
5.This line is designed to manufacture health food bars, dough or any product that is extrudable into ropes. Conveyor belts range from 16 inches up to 48 inches wide.
