Clevertech's loading and unloading basket solution offers two possible settings: robotic or Cartesian.

The equipment includes: pallet loader and unloader, basket loader, shuttle system from high-pressure equipment back and forth, and tilting device.

The Clevertech system can handle: finished steel cans, finished plastic cans, small bags, finished aluminum cans, etc.

The footprint of the system is determined by the required production output and processing time for different products.

It can fully integrate and manage the loading and unloading derived data related to high-voltage equipment, to simultaneously monitor and process different products.

By using HMI, operators can visualize the processing status of high-voltage transformers and perform quality control on products. HMI can also be used to track the position of all loading baskets.

During the unloading process of the loading basket, different dryer systems can be combined to prepare the product for secondary packaging molding.

Clevertech has developed multiple solutions during the unloading process to manage different flavor configurations.
