On April 1, the State Administration of Market Supervision and Administration issued a notice to solicit public opinions on the recommended national standard of "Probiotics for Health Food Raw Materials. Feedback is as of May 29. The draft starts with clarifying the definition of probiotics and probiotics, setting up quality indicators and standard labels, and constructs a complete standard system for probiotics for health food raw materials. The formulation of this standard fills the gap in the quality standard of probiotics for health food raw materials in my country, and will complement and advance the existing standards such as "Food Processing Bacteria Preparation.
